Inviting new users #

It is possible to invite new users to a Zegami collection workspace, to enable them to view and create or edit existing collections, and collaborate on a project.To invite a new user by email, a workspace settings page can be accessed by visiting https://zegami.com/mycollections and clicking Settings. Users can be invited with with the desired access level.

Choosing Guest will allow the user to view collections under that workspace, whilst Owner will allow the user to create new collections and edit existing collections under that same project workspace.Click Send invitation and they will receive an invite email on their respective mailboxes. 

Managing existing users #

We can update a user’s role or delete a user in the Settings page.  Deleting a user will remove their access to the workspace.
