This notice describes data handling on the Zegami marketing website at zegami.com only. The Zegami application at app.zegami.com is a separate service with its own data-processing terms — when you sign in there, the terms presented during sign-in govern.

What we collect on zegami.com

We aim to collect as little as possible:

• No analytics, no third-party trackers, no advertising cookies. If that changes we’ll list the processor and purpose here first.
• No account sign-up on this site. Account creation happens in the app, not on the marketing pages.
• Server logs retained by our static-hosting provider (GitHub Pages / GitHub Inc.) contain the usual IP address, user agent, and requested URL. We don’t read or export these.
• Fonts are served by Google Fonts. Google Fonts receives your IP address as part of the font-file request. See Google’s privacy policy for their handling.

When you contact us

If you send an email via one of the mailto: links on this site (for example “Book a demo”), your message is delivered to our inbox and kept there for the duration of the conversation plus a reasonable archival period. We use that address to reply; we don’t add it to any mailing list without your explicit opt-in.

Third parties embedded on this page

• Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com / fonts.gstatic.com) — serves the typefaces used on this site.
• jsDelivr (cdn.jsdelivr.net) — serves the Swagger UI assets on /api-docs only. No third-party code runs on any other page.

Nothing else. No Facebook Pixel, no Hotjar, no Segment, no Intercom.

If you’re in the UK, EU, or another jurisdiction with a right-to-access or right-to-erasure regime, contact us at hello@zegami.com and we’ll respond within 30 days.
