This Privacy Notice (together with the Zegami Solution Licence Terms for Non-Commercial and Commercial Use and the Terms of Use) sets out the basis on which any personal data we collect from you, or that you provide through your use of our website (https://zegami.com) (the Website) and the Zegami Solution and any printed materials or online documentation (the Zegami Solution) will be processed by us.

Much of the personal data we hold will have been provided directly by you, such as when you have submitted an enquiry or subscribed to receive email alerts, attended an event, requested information or through the purchasing and use of the Zegami Solution. Other information will have been collected from your browsing, for example, cookies and IP addresses. 

The information we hold would be contact details such as name & business address, email, telephone number. Also details of visits to the website and which pages have been viewed. 

We only collect personal information in order to provide services to you that you have requested, to make you aware of the services that we provide that would be of interest to you and to assist with enquiries from yourself as well as any other legitimate reasons, such as for internal compliance.

Zegami Solution 

In order to use the Zegami Solution: 

  • you will have accepted the Zegami Solution Licence Terms which set out the basis on which you can use the Zegami Solution for Non-Commercial Use (as defined in the Zegami Solution Licence Terms); or  
  • Zegami will have entered into an agreement with the organisation that you represent (the “Organisation”) for the use of the Zegami Solution on the Zegami Solution Licence Terms for Commercial Use (as defined in the Zegami Solution Licence Terms),

each a “Licence Agreement”. 

As mentioned above, data (whether it is personal or non-personal data) that you or the Organisation (if applicable) provide to us will also be governed by the Licence Agreement. If you have any queries about the processing carried out by the Organisation or your rights in respect of such processing, we recommend that you check the Organisation’s privacy policy.
