Common questions

What happens when my trial ends?

Your workspace flips to read-only for 90 days — collections stay browsable, no new uploads. Upgrade any time during that window to restore full access. After 90 days the workspace is scheduled for deletion; we'll email you 30 days before.

Can I switch plans later?

Yes. Upgrades and downgrades are immediate, and Stripe pro-rates the difference automatically. Personal workspaces can become Team workspaces by inviting a second member.

What does '£0.10/GB after 250 GB' actually mean?

Team plans include 250 GB of storage. If you go over, each additional gigabyte is £0.10 per month, billed alongside your seats. We'll email you when you cross 80% so there's no surprise.

Can I host Zegami on my own infrastructure?

Enterprise tier includes self-hosted on Azure, AWS, GCP, or on-prem Kubernetes. Container images are versioned and air-gap-friendly. Contact sales for the deployment guide.
