Business Development Manager

We are looking for a dedicated and talented Dynamic Business Development Manager who can take ownership of the Sales process, helping to define and establish markets around our enterprise software solution Zegami Limited (See

Zegami leverages the latest technology and tools to visualise tens of thousands of images at once. If you have an interest in unique platform technology with a desire to help grow the sales channels and pipelines then this position will give you a unique opportunity to hone your skills and apply your creativity. We are looking for a Sales Manager who is wanting to help drive a startup company from within a new market from scratch

You will be required to work in a cross functional, geographically dispersed team reporting directly to the CEO.

Roles and responsibilities

  • Working with the CEO and senior management team on helping to define and establish an overall sales and marketing strategy.
  • Assessment and recommendation of potential sales opportunities and markets
  • Utilise your current networks to help develop and grow the organisations reach and brand
  • Work closely with the team and communicate effectively, especially with communicating progress and delays
  • Inform team members of emerging technologies and techniques that may be applicable
  • Produce effort estimates to aid in the sales process

Skills & Requirements

  • At least 5 years experience within product sales dealing with OEM’s and Resellers.
  • great networking skills and the passion for a brand and establishing key relationships
  • Experience with building product verticals and taking them to new markets
  • Experience with cloud providers like AWS or Azure
  • Sales planning, forecasting and reporting.
  • Strong communication skills
  • CRM management experience

Administration Assistant (Part Time)

We are currently looking for a part time PA/Administration/Finance assistant to work with the CEO of Zegami limited to help with administrative tasks (See

You will be a dynamic and adaptable person willing to help support and drive a new oxford start technology company, the role will initially be on a part time or casual basis however as the organisation grows it is anticipated that the role will also grow into a full time position. You will have a good understanding of basic business finance and managing the receipts, payments, payruns etc

Roles and responsibilities

  • Working with the CEO and senior management team to assist them with basic administrative tasks.
  • Monthly Payroll and expense reconciliation
  • production of board reports
  • Work closely with the team and communicate effectively, especially with communicating progress and delays

Skills & Requirements

  • At least 3 years experience as a PA or Administrative assistant within a small to medium enterprise.
  • great communication and organisational skills
  • Take pride in your work and appearance to always present a professional demeanour
  • have strong Microsoft office suit skills with Word, Excel and desktop publishing
  • Working with the CEO to establish a good culture within the organisation

  • Great interpersonal and negotiation skills
